Triple castle day
We started out today with the first rain on our tents. We packed up and left the campground.
It turns out that it was the castle that inspired sleeping beauty. We decided against touring because we planned on seeing a different castle. We stopped by a bakery to escape a downpour
It was furnished fabulously and had some crazy paintings. Also had a nice garden with 5 gardeners.
We had some beautiful paths that were marked as gravel on our map, but were actually paved. Then we spotted a fabulous castle in the distance. We deviated from our planned route to get closer.
Eventually we came across an other castle which was very cool, but we didn't tour it because it was only 2 miles from the planned castle and was very expensive. Soon we plodded into the town and set up camp. Then we toured the planned castle and it was well worth it.

DeleteWhat a great post and a great day! You guys take such fantastic photos. How fun that you found Sleeping Beauty's castle! The other day I dreamed I was Sleeping Beauty in a theater production, hahaha.
